Heavenly Mountain.  I think that the name explains it all. 

Heavenly Mountain.  The sun's rays were peaking through the clouds and you can see rain falling a couple of miles away behind the sun's rays.

Rainbow in Kodak

During a recent trip to visit my sister and brother in-law at their new home in Kodak, TN it would not stop raining, but it produced the most amazing rainbows.  This is the same trip that I took the picture of the cow from one of my earlier posts.

Right now in Boone, temperatures are dropping and the snow has begun.  This morning I walked to class in 19 degree weather with some serious wind too!  I can't wait to go to the slopes for some skiing!

A Kwanzaa Celebration Dance

I shot the Kwanza Celebration and Feast sponsored by the Black Student Association tonight for The Appalachian and tried some slow shutter speed effects for the dancing.
